Abstract

Human rights are the most globalized political value of our times. Human existence cannot be imagined without assurance of copious health care services. ‘We the people of India’ when these words were being written in the Constituent Assembly by those very ‘We the people’ who represented all the Indians for times to come, could never have imagined that the people of India will have to fight for even their basic needs like primary health in the so called Socialist, Sovereign, Republic and Democratic State even after seventy years of the enactment of the Constitution.
