Freedom of speech and expression is the most valuable fundamental right which has been provided by the framers which helps in the survival of democracy as everyone has the right to express his/her views and opinions freely, to criticize the autocratic policies of the government, to have healthy discussion on the judicial decisions but subjected to reasonable restriction.
