Abstract
In the era of machine learning, described as ability of computers to learn without actually being programmed for the fixture, there is one area where it can be used as troubleshooter. In this paper an effort has been made to enhance the capabilities of Machine learning as a tool to work in the process of network healing. Though the paper is more of survey study and proposed solutions yet it can serve as basic platform to carry out further research on this topic.
