Abstract

Workplace is considered as a rich arena of manifestation of human emotions. Many studies revels that emotional reactions of the employees to workplace events has a significant impact in building corporate excellence. In this study, we investigate the effect of how felling of envy and perception of coworker envy between team members affects  constructs such as affective committment, creative work involvement and quality of team member exchange. The sample was selected from Infopark and the sample size limited to 140 employees.
