The Issue of Poverty Trap in Sub-Saharan Africa, Causes and Panacea before the End of the Twenty-First Century

Abstract

Since the dawn of the twentieth century, poverty remains a recurring problem in Africa, and became exacerbated in sub-Saharan Africa from the last quarter of that Century. The international community has equally shown concern to the problem.
