Abstract
Practitioners are constantly creating awareness of the need to construct highway infrastructure projects to support the growth of world population and upgrade the existing infrastructures to support the fundamental services that directly impact people’s living habits, in the hope of reducing poverty and fostering economic development, trade, and technical cooperation.
