Abstract
Education plays a vital role in today’s existence. It has always been a very essential thing from the previous era. The main people who come into the play when it comes to education are the teachers and the students and of course the management or the authority which provides the education. This article deals with work life balancein teaching profession. The study has three dependent variables namely work life spill over, personal life spill over and work life balance which are compared to the independent variables such as job demands, family support, life commitments, colleague support and criticism. The level of impact of demographic variables is also ascertained.
