Abstract
One of the oldest civilizations in the world is India Today tourism in India has evolve into one of the largest potentials and emerging industry. The history of Indian civilisation dates back to nearly 4000 years has many links from the rich heritage and past. Global and International tourists as well Indians as are often attracted in search of the rich splendour and glorious heritage of the country. In fact, it is a well-known knowledge and can be said that all other forms of tourism in India have been off shoots of cultural tourism.
