Abstract
The very aim of health care organizations is to provide quality treatment to patients which includes medical and nursing care, instant paramedical facilities, good hygienic hospital environment, safety of the patient, good rooms (in the caseof in-patients) and many more. The entire team of health care providers focus their attention on the patient. Patient satisfaction regarding the treatment given by the doctors and the care extended by the nurses are held as the top priorities. The success of the hospitals is determined mostly by the quality service rendered, to the patient although the infrastructural facilities are secondary consideration.
