Abstract

Not all independent business people are true entrepreneurs and not all entrepreneurs find the courage to tread the path of entrepreneurship. True entrepreneurs are resourceful, passionate people who fight on the frontline and do not worry being criticized in the beginning. But, succeeding on the path of entrepreneurship requires more than being driven by entrepreneurial spirit and passion, it requires an entrepreneurial framework and entrepreneurial support system in the economy to help them survive their initial years.


This research paper aims to study the agenda of entrepreneurship development of the government of India to analyse the ease of doing business in India. As entrepreneurship has been considered the backbone of economic development in any country, fostering entrepreneurship is the need of an hour for the Indian government.
