Abstract
Anything that possesses utility is described as goods. A product is both what a seller has to sell and what a buyer has to buy. Philip Kotler defines “Product as anything that can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use or consumption that might satisfy a want or need. It sincludes physical objects, services, persons, places, organisation and ideas.” Marketers make product and service decision at three levels; individual product decision, product line decision, and product mix decisions.
