Abstract
With just a passage of nearly 70 years post-independence, people belonging from the previously known state, Jammu and Kashmir are still expecting all rights of self-determination, as secured by the UN. It is stated that there exist nearly 25 resolutions by the United Nations, lined-up to answer this issue, where India is quite reluctant in granting the people of Kashmir with proper self-determination rights. Since the previous 25 years., the Indian Security Forces are doing hard duties in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK). Where the disagreement concerning the state under question is a difficulty of self-determination right for the people living in Kashmir. The Kashmir issue is a burning issue in the Indian Politics. Thus, the current study throws the light on the Legal Perspective of Kashmir Issue.
