Abstract
This study is contrived to investigate the effects of drying temperature on multiple characteristics of cassava which would be useful for the fabrication of post-harvest equipment and design of cassava plant layouts. The results obtained are employable by researchers, technologists and engineers for the modelling and optimized drying operation of cassava. Furthermore, this research is adoptable for the selection of processing parameters for cassava drying with the view of conserving the phytochemical quality of the crop.
