Abstract
Human Immunodeficiency Virus, a kind of retrovirus responsible for Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). This virus attacks on indispensible cells like CD4+ T-helper cells resulting immunosuppression. The body becomes susceptible to get opportunistic infections and metrified to life threatening AIDS. HIV proliferates inside host cells in order to evade and elicit human immune response.The purpose behind the study is to explore more knowledge about the loop holes left in HIV infection treatment even after the world has recent technologies and treatment.
