Abstract
BASEL norms, being the backbone of banking structures, are supervision regulations which are issued by BCBS (Basel Committee for Banking Supervision). The present study tries to analyze the impact of implementation of BASEL III norms on profitability of 5 public sector banks. For the analysis paired t-test and descriptive statistics were applied using MS EXCEL.
