Abstract
After the recent Phulwama Attack in India, it is impossible to ignore the current situation where all the countries of the world are getting united to fight against “Terrorism.” Few terrorist groups are using religion to promote terrorism in the name of “Jihaad”. It is our responsibility as Social Studies Educator, Researcher, and Teacher to educate our students to become a more responsible citizen. Emotions play a significant role in engaging our students in meaningful activities as there is a complex relationship between power, identity, social interaction and emotions.
