Abstract
Business ethics studies the appropriate business policies and practices adopted in the context of business disciplines including corporate governance, insider trading, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility and discretionary responsibilities. Business ethics is currently considered to be a fundamental part of the decision making process within an organization. Issues related to business ethics have gained prominence in the recent changing business landscape. The concern of investors in emerging markets has led to an emphasis on the quality of management as well as the ethical framework of the businesses and the decision process taken in them.
