Abstract
Information has been playing a vital role in the research, learning, education and investigation since the inception of human enquiry. Information has then, proliferated into many holds and its flow became an uncontrolled thing. From various corner of discipline and activities, the seeker of information is highly increasing which are reflected in the research sector in the University Levels both the access to particular and relevant information, and using various techniques and technologies to strike down the unnecessary irrelevant information. The digital environment in the Library services brought out many changes which reduce the stress, delay in time and better services to access the digital information resources.
