Abstract
The isolation of biological proteins with highest purity is essential for different in vitro bioassays for screening of novel small molecules for their activities. Purification biological proteins are required specific and selective techniques to maintain their purity. There are several techniques have been developed with improved features for selective separation, purification and identification of protein. Here, we described different separation, purification and identification techniques for protein along with their working principles.
