Abstract
Indian constitution is one of the prominent amongst the most proficient composed constitution that any nation has ever produced. It is a blend of different constitutions. After the abrogation of article 370 many areas has an impact of this out of which one is communication media. The purpose of this paper is to discuss about internet one of the strong communication medium and the impact on Jammu and Kashmir.
