Abstract
The use of IT companies is very vast. It is necessary in our day to day life for communication, sharing information, entertainment, business etc. in our country there are large no of IT companies but in Jammu and Kashmir because of some problem like infrastructure, political issue, terrorist, market etc. there are very few IT companies. The purpose of this paper is to focus on requirements of IT industries and why IT companies not flourish in Jammu and Kashmir.
