Abstract
Jammu and Kashmir is always in the interest of India and other countries too. Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh are the three regions of this state. This place is known for its own area of natural beauty, beautiful scenery and has been the favorite tourist destination to many people all around the world. The state has Walnuts, Cherry and apricots. Apart from this Kashmir and Jammu is the only producer of apples, almonds and saffron in India, this is the reason why Jammu & Kashmir is known as Heaven on the Earth. To open this door of heaven on earth, Mr Amit Shah (Union Home Minister of India) put a proposal of scrapping of Article 370 of the constitution and bifurcation of the state in two separate union territories on 5th august, 2019. The advantages and benefits of this Article 370 will lead to growth and development in private investments, education, health, empowerment and tourism
