Abstract
Digital India is a flagship programme introduced by the government of India with a vision of transforming India into a digital empowered society and knowledgeable economy. Digital India programme aims at
pulling various government programmes or schemes at a single platform. Through Digital India, government has tries to reform various government scheme and with this made an effort to improve the delivery of the
services to the beneficiaries in a more efficient way. The present paper will study the implementation of Digital India trough DBT system under government schemes.
