Abstract
Transgender people have a gender particularity or gender expression that is different from their separation at birth and aftereffect has a gender act and social place that is commonly belonged with that sex. In this review the researcher had collected seven years of data from 2013 to 2019 which showing how transgender suffer in society, how transgender are denied of their rights. This paper will also highlight some laws and policies which are provided to transgender community by the government of India. This article describes how badly transgender people are victimized and are called by different names like chakka, hijra, eunuches. In this article, the population of transgenders has also been told and the %age of transgenders in different states of India also been mentioned.
