Abstract


Yoga has been in practiced for around 5500 years and it has shown strong presence in India. Previous literature has also enough evidence of the practice of the yoga in India. Realizing the importance of physical fitness and sound health now a day’s every school is conducting the Yoga session for the children’s studying in their schools, so that they can understand the benefits of yoga and its usefulness in their day to day life. My intention of writing this paper is to analyze the pre and post impact of yoga exercise in creating static and dynamic flexibility among school childrens.
