Abstract
Public bus commuting plays an important and major role in all the cities of the world for its great importance, as it affects and is affected by both the city and the human , it provides economic, social , political , cultural mobility and organization of the field, and restructuring of the infrastructure in addition to its coherence , with the other means of transportation , the Algerian growth within the field is clear but it has not risen to the intended and sufficient level from a viewpoint of organization and management ,taking into consideration the conditions of the vehicles in use , and the increase of individual car use and the increasing demand on the public transportation , which has led to the saturation of roads, and thus the lack of supply , so we ought to upgrade the transportation elements, road networks and creating a variety of transportation options, especially buses through creative organization and management tools , both as short term and medium term in order to provide and build a liquidity on the roads and improving the means of transportation in order to build a strong public transportation system.
