Abstract
Training in areas of Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) is significantly essential for social, political and economic development of any nation. The potential role which Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) plays in providing practical skills, basic and scientific knowledge and attitudes which enhance individual usefulness in the society cannot be quantified.
